Misc Concrete and Block Ponds
Retaining Wall Block pond, also called "Windsor blocks", this has got to be the simplest and easiest way to build a pond.
All you do is:
1 - make a 2 level high ring of windsor blocks
2 - dig out a hole in the middle
3 - line the inside with used (free) carpet as padding
4 - drop in a liner
And POOF!! you have a pond. You can build higher with the windsor blocks, I think some are rated to go 4 or 5 blocks high.
Hue Tran's Pond
Now this is cool -- his pond is above ground and has large windows so you can see the fish inside.
